Well, this is my first post. Finally! I can't seem to find enough hours in the day. Well today after I decided to stop working on things, I decided to take some time for myself. Oh my, what was I going to do? The sun was out & VERY hot, why not get in the pool for awhile! I got ready, went out & started cleaning out a few leaves that had found their way in. I probably cleaned on it for 15 min., & low & behold...where did the sun go? GONE! Clouds everywhere & the wind starts blowing. DONE! So much for a relaxing swim. Of course 10 min, after getting out, sunshine again. Oh well at least I got wet for 15 min! I had worked on organizing my patterns most of the day. Boy was I glad to get that done. The rest of the day I finished up wax dipping some dough ornies I had made yesterday. They turned-out cute. Glad to get that done. Hope to try & post pics. The next project is make some lye soap. I think I will start that tomorrow. I've have several people ask me about it, knowing that I make soap, that I decided to try it. I got all my supplies together on Monday, but things kept coming up & I couldn't get to it. So, tomorrow is the day! Well now is time to start thing about what to fix for dinner. I will try & get more done on this blog sometime this weekend! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hi Connie! What an adventurer you are with working on lye soap. You are such a talented gal. Too bad those leaves got in the way of a relaxing swim. Maybe you can jump in for a midnight splash soon!
